Tricare:

There are no referrals required for dependents or retirees! Just call and make an appointment.

  • Tricare Prime Active Duty Service Member: Doctor’s referral required. You have no copay or deductible.

  • Tricare Prime: You have no copay or deductible, so there is no cost for you.

  • Tricare Select: You have a deductible that must be met each fiscal year. After you meet your deductible, you will be responsible for a co-pay based on your policy.

  • Tricare Prime Retired: You will be responsible for a co-pay based on your policy.

  • Tricare Select Retired: You have a deductible that must be met each fiscal year. After you meet your deductible, you will be responsible for a co-pay based on your policy.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina:

No doctor referral needed, simply call and make your appointment.

Your cost will be based upon your policy’s copay and deductible amounts.

Most policies do not require a deductible for mental/behavioral health services.
(For those that do, the deductible usually starts over January of each year.)

METHODS of PAYMENT for Deductibles, Co-pays, Coinsurance or Self Pay:

All Independently Contracted Therapists take Major Credit Cards, HSA, and FSA payments for co-pays.

*All payments, to include deductibles, copay or coinsurance amounts are expected at the beginning of your session.
