Jonathan Conover, LCSWA

Hello! My passion is working with clients to help them reach their goals of self-esteem, acceptance, healing, growth, and establishing a life that they feel happy in – which looks different for everyone! We will first work to build a strong therapeutic relationship, then begin to identify and explore behaviors, patterns, and past experiences that are currently impacting your life. Through the practice of unconditional positive regard, you are completely accepted for wherever you are emotionally – whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, irritability, impulsivity, self-esteem, and more. Allow me to meet you where you are and work together to reach your goals.

I am also a certified trauma professional (CTP), which means I am equipped to support clients in processing and healing from past traumas in a safe and compassionate manner. Additionally, I am kink-aware, sex-positive, and Queer affirming, providing a non-judgmental space where individuals of all identities and orientations can feel welcomed and understood.

I utilize whichever techniques are the most beneficial for you. These techniques are catered specifically to where you are on your journey. The most important tool will be our therapeutic relationship, which requires us to be the right fit and to trust each other.

Starting therapy can be both terrifying and a relief at the same time, and that is okay. Your feelings are valid and important, as are you. If you are looking to make a change, please do not hesitate to contact me, I would love to help!
