Taylor Gladysz, LCSWA

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or weighed down by depression, you’re not weak and you’re not alone. Trauma and chronic stress can quietly shape how you think about yourself, respond in relationships, and move through daily life. You may notice yourself reacting in ways that feel confusing, exhausting, or hard to control. Together, we’ll slow things down and gently explore what’s underneath those patterns with compassion, not judgment.

I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Brainspotting, and mindfulness-based approaches. That means we’ll work on practical tools to decrease symptoms while also creating space to process and release what’s been keeping you stuck.

My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more empowered, and more connected to yourself, so you’re not just surviving, but living with greater clarity and steadiness.

If you’re ready to begin or even just curious about what this work could look like for you, I invite you to reach out. Healing doesn’t have to happen alone. Call now to get started.
