Jaclyn Evans – Intern

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, I focus on helping you identify what’s getting in the way and building practical tools you can actually use in real life. I support clients in improving communication, setting healthy boundaries, reducing anxiety and stress, and creating more stability in their relationships and routines.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, or family challenges, I am here to help you build clarity, confidence, and lasting change in a way that feels manageable and realistic for your life.
I work with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families seeking support with life stressors, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and difficult transitions. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more in control of your emotions, and more confident in navigating your daily life and relationships.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on what works for you. I use evidence-based strategies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while tailoring treatment to your specific goals and needs. Sessions are designed to be a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported while also making real, meaningful progress.
I have extensive experience working with individuals and families navigating complex systems such as foster care, adoption, juvenile justice involvement, and community-based services. This background has strengthened my ability to support clients through high-stress situations while helping them move toward healthier patterns and more hopeful outcomes.
